Returns Policy

RETURNS: Full priced merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase, pick-up or delivery for a full refund.
Merchandise must be in the same condition as the time of purchase. Merchandise may be returned up to 14 days for a full store credit. NO RETURN AFTER 14 DAYS.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: All clearance items are final sale.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Availability of merchandise is estimated. Urban Home Market will make all possible efforts to work with vendor delays.

Shipping

DELIVERY: Local deliveries and are available throughout Alabama, Southern Tennessee, West Georgia, and East Mississippi. Mileage rates apply. Delivered items returned after day of delivery may be subject to a pick-up fee. We can move, haul-away or rearrange existing furniture with advance notice in our Installation+ package. There is an additional fee for this service and must be scheduled in advance.
Shipping: Shipping is available for items outside of the local delivery area. Third-party shipping rates apply.
Pick-up items: Buyers assume all responsibility/risk of items that are picked-up and transported. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check merchandise for any damage prior to leaving Urban Home Market. Claims for damages will not be accepted once the merchandise leaves Urban Home Market. No Urban staff member is allowed to tie down/secure merchandise for traveling.
