JOB DESCRIPTION 
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an excellent customer service experience by focusing on delivering UHM loyalty programs, a customer-centric Front Desk experience, comprehensive New Hire training, and positive mitigation of Customer Solutions Base Concerns. Your contributions in this capacity are instrumental in paving the pathway to our vision. You will report directly to the Store Manager. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 
* Serve as the go-to person to directly solve customer issues promptly and professionally 
* Manage and approve price discount requests 
* Schedule customer deliveries at point of sale 
* Demonstrates knowledge of merchandise benefits and availability, selecting and suggesting options suitable for each customer’s needs and assisting with purchase  
* Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations 
* Carefully documents customer orders and information  
* Maintain relationships with local target customers 
* Manage Huntsville / Madison Realtor Program and Gift Certificates  
* Lead occasional external promotional events, occasionally after regular store hours 
* Assist with social media and related marketing efforts  
* Assist merchandising and showroom vignettes 
* Regularly contribute to the overall objectives of the shop by assisting any area when needed  
* Monthly ordering of front desk and office supplies 
* Conduct and manage opening and closing duties  

REQUIRED SKILLS
* Passion for interior design 
* Outgoing personality and a desire to work with people 
* Courteous, patient attitude with all customers and team members 
* Solutions-oriented problem solver  
* Experience in retail sales and negotiation 
* Readiness to learn in a fast-paced environment 

DESIRABLE SKILLS
* Working knowledge of Storis 
* Experience with Client Book 
* Social media and related marketing  
* Event planning  

EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE 
* Minimum of 2 years in customer management  
* Some college education preferred
